DC at Dagg Kings help

Hi,

Just DCed at dagganoth kings. can anyone help me at all. you get no warning that you lose all items on death. managed to lose full vesta, vls, torture, ferocious gloves, torture, prims, eternals and tormented bracelet. not going to lie im incredibly sad and lost for words. any help would be great with this. thank you so much.

Not to mention i had my cash and rune stack on me (450m) had no idea whatsoever you would lose all your items
